A great Saturday market day – got lots of fresh produce – baby potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant, peppers, cucumbers, green beans, snow peas, nectarines, cherries, blueberries, blackberries and chanterelle mushrooms. Made a batch of bread dough and turned half into a pizza crust, then topped it with sauteed garlic, eggplant, bell pepper and the chanterelle mushrooms with feta and parmesan cheeses. It was fabulous. Followed it with fresh blackberry crisp for dessert.
It was sunny and 80 here today, so I put on my bikini to stay cool and get a bit of sun. Got the sail slide we broke reefing the main replaced, and restitched the webbing on several of the batten cars.
